Robert Derow

Robert Derow is Boston Consulting Group's North America lead for digital growth. He is a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice and an expert on marketing, customer experience, agentic commerce and discoverability, and digital growth. He also serves as a global leader for CX for Growth, a BCG X domain focused on end-to-end customer journeys.

Robert has almost 25 years of leadership experience across media disciplines. He works with clients to develop go-to-market strategies and commercialization methods for new ventures and enterprise organizations, partnering with regional and global corporations to prioritize marketing tactics and build high-growth, sustainable ventures.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert held executive leadership roles with Fox Mobile Group and Viacom, and served as Head of Global Acquisition Marketing for Gamesys, Vice President of Nickelodeon, and CMO of Freenet Digital. He is also an entrepreneur who founded several ad-supported websites that grew into some of the largest destinations on the web in their categories.
