We only have two roles today (Admin and Member) which leaves time-consuming setup tasks to Admins.

Solution:

A new intermediary "Manager" role will offload work from Enterprise admins by streamlining the time-consuming process of managing features like Voice and Knowledge while keeping areas like Billing and AI outputs secure and Admin-only.
