Problem‍

Previously, after a knowledge item was created, users didn't have much access to information about it’s contents from within Jasper. A common theme during our customer interviews was that users were hesitant to leverage their workspace's knowledge because they didn't create the knowledge and they didn't know anything about its contents.

Solution

We've introduced knowledge tooltips to the Knowledge Base page and the editor creation flow, including a summary of the knowledge item’s contents that Jasper automatically generates for you.

• Summaries will be available for knowledge created in the past as well
• User’s can edit this summary via the existing Edit flow afterwards
• These summaries provide users with at-a-glance info about the knowledge item’s contents so they can quickly determine if it's relevant to their content task at hand

When you upload a new knowledge item, the summary may take up to a minute to process. You will need to reload the page to see the summary.
