OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
2. HOW TO ENTER
Beginning on the dates and times as noted in the email sent to you by Sponsor (the “Start Date”), access and submit the survey and/or follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. You may enter only once. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age and older as of the Start Date, except for employees of Jasper AI, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Benchmarkit (the “Administrator”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.
4. DRAWING
A random drawing will be conducted on or about the date of the conclusion of the survey response time by Administrator to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within the timeframe set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters. All federal and state laws apply.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Promotion Parties will not be responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings, or the entrant’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions; lost or unavailable network connections; or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes.
Human error during entry processing, as well as typographical, technological, or other errors in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of prizes, will not be held liable. If there is such an error, evidence of tampering, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the sweepstakes' integrity, the Sponsor reserves the right to ask the Administrator to cancel or modify the sweepstakes at its discretion.
If terminated, winners will be selected from valid entries received as of the termination date. Disputes regarding the identity of entrants will be resolved by declaring the online entry form's listed name as the relevant name.
6. PRIZES
Details regarding prizes are included in the Sponsor's email inviting participation in the survey and sweepstakes. The prize consists solely of items specifically listed. One prize limit per family or household. Substitute or transferrable prizes are not allowed by winners.
Should a winner be disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will assign the prize to another winner through a new random drawing from the pool of eligible entries. A maximum of three (3) substitute drawings will be conducted before a prize becomes unawarded. All prizes will be delivered as specified.
7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
Entrants agree that disputes arising from or related to this sweepstakes or its Official Rules are to be resolved under Delaware law, without regard to applicable conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be filed exclusively in federal or state courts in San Francisco, California.
