The Jasper monday.com integration exports on-brand content from Jasper directly to new or existing items in monday.com, keeping work moving while reducing manual overhead.

Monday.com is where the plan lives. Groups for each workstream, columns for owner and status and date, a board per campaign or quarter. What that structure can’t do is produce the content itself. So the content is made in another tool, and then someone carries it across: download the draft, open the right board, create the item, attach the file, set the owner, tag the reviewer.
Do that across a launch with deliverables in three regions and four channels, and the carrying becomes its own job. Worse, the copy drifts. The file on the board ages while edits continue in the source, and the current draft ends up in a downloads folder no one else can see.
The demand side is only getting heavier. According to a 2025 study from the Content Marketing Institute, just under half of B2B marketers report having a scalable content creation model, with the rest citing limited resources and time as the constraint holding their strategy back.
AI took the lid off how much content a team can produce. The pressure moved downstream, to whether that content can reach the board, get an owner, and clear review before the moment it was made for has passed.
Picture a full campaign generated in one sitting with Jasper Grid: personalized email variants, localized landing page sections, a run of social posts across markets. Each piece still has to reach the right board and group before anyone can act on it.
Moving them by hand, one item at a time, cancels out the speed AI helped you gain. Exporting straight from Jasper into monday.com helps you keep that momentum..
The integration connects Jasper Canvas and Grid to your monday.com workspace and sends on-brand content to a board as an item, either creating a new one or adding to one already on the board.
You open a piece in Jasper, decide how it should be delivered, choose where it belongs, and export. Jasper places the content, names a new item after your file, and adds a link back to the source. From there, the work is yours: the owner, the status, the date, the review steps your team already runs. Jasper handles the content; monday.com handles the coordination.
The flow is deliberately short. A few clicks from a finished piece in Jasper to a named item on the board, with no rebuilding the work in another window.
Every piece is generated through Jasper IQ, the layer that holds your brand voice, approved messaging, and company knowledge and applies them to the work. What reaches the board reads like your brand from the first line.
That accelerates the review step that happens next. The reviewer is doing an accuracy check, confirming the claims and details hold, not rewriting voice and structure from a raw draft. The work moves through faster, because it shows up closer to done.
That same layer shapes how your brand shows up in AI-generated answers. Before a buyer reaches your site, they are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews about your category, and those engines answer from the content you have published.
Volume alone does not earn a citation. Accurate, well-structured, on-brand content does. The integration lets you produce that content and route it straight onto the board your team ships from, so the work that decides your AI visibility actually makes it out the door.
Setup takes a couple of minutes and happens in two layers: An admin turns monday.com on for the workspace once under Workspace Settings, then each person connects their own monday.com account with an API token. That’s it! Full steps live in the Help Center, or you can head straight to Workspace Settings in Jasper to connect.
In Jasper Canvas or Grid, open the piece you want to send, click the menu, and choose Export. Confirm monday.com is toggled on in the integrations panel, then select it. Choose how the content should be delivered (the three options below), and pick the board and group where a new item should be created, or choose an existing item to add the content to. Click Export, and Jasper creates the item or updates the existing one, names a new item after your file, and hands off to your workflow.
At export, you decide how the content travels with the item. Every option adds a link back to the live Jasper doc on the monday.com item. The three choices:
Cloud storage must be connected before you can route to it. Sending every export to the same destination pulls scattered reviews back together and keeps the item tied to its source.
A campaign team building a launch across channels generates each asset in Jasper and drops it onto the launch board, named and linked, waiting for an owner and a status. Every piece sits where the rest of the launch is already tracked.
Lifecycle teams shipping a steady stream
A lifecycle team turning out segment content generates each piece against Jasper IQ so the brand voice holds, then sends it to the board for a quick check before approval. Less rewriting. More pieces moving through.
eCommerce teams refreshing product content
An eCommerce team updating product copy before a relaunch moves each piece from Jasper onto a board organized by category, routed to the right owner. The work lands where the team coordinates, not in a folder no one checks.
If your team already runs on Jasper and monday.com, the gap between making content and moving it forward is now a single export. The draft no longer sits in a downloads folder waiting to be carried over. It lands on the board, named and linked, on-brand and ready for a quick accuracy check. Turn the integration on and close that gap for good.
Does the Jasper monday.com integration work with both Canvas and Grid?
Yes. You can send content to monday.com from both Jasper Canvas and Jasper Grid. Each exported piece lands as an item on the board you choose, either a new item or one already there.
How can I deliver Jasper content onto a monday.com board?
Three ways at export: add a link to the Jasper doc on the item, attach the content as a .docx file, or save the file to connected cloud storage such as Google Drive, SharePoint, or Box with a link added to the item. Cloud storage must be set up first.
What file format does Jasper use when attaching content in monday.com?
When you attach the content as a file, Jasper exports it as a Word document (.docx), and the new monday.com item is named after your file. You can also link to the Jasper doc or save the file to connected cloud storage instead of attaching it.
Who needs to set up the Jasper monday.com integration?
An admin enables monday.com for the workspace once under Team Integrations, then each person connects their own account with a monday.com API token.
