How To Use the Jasper × Adobe Workfront Integration: Connect Content Creation to Campaign Execution

This guide walks you through the Jasper × Adobe Workfront integration, what it does, why it matters for teams running complex content workflows, and how to set it up so your content moves from creation to execution without the copy-paste chaos.

If your marketing team runs on Adobe Workfront, you already know the drill. Campaigns are planned in Workfront. Briefs live in Workfront. Approvals, timelines, compliance reviews, and reporting, all Workfront.

But here's where it breaks down: the content itself often gets created somewhere else. And when it does, someone has to download it, re-upload it, drop it into the right project folder, and hope nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's not a workflow. It's a workaround. This process fails when trying to scale content. Enterprise marketers lose minutes and hours copying and pasting. Now imagine you're using Jasper Grid to generate dozens, or even hundreds, of campaign assets in one sitting. Every one of those assets would need to be manually downloaded from Jasper and re-uploaded into Workfront, one by one. At that scale, copy-paste isn't just tedious, it's a bottleneck that defeats the purpose of generating content faster in the first place.

That's exactly what Jasper’s Adobe Workfront integration is designed to fix.

What is the Jasper × Adobe Workfront integration?

The Jasper × Adobe Workfront integration connects your AI-powered and brand-aligned content creation in Jasper directly to your work management system in Workfront. Practically, it means your team can generate, edit, and refine content in Jasper, then export finished documents straight into the right Workfront project and folder, ready for review and approval.

No downloading. No re-uploading. No version confusion.

Workfront remains your system of record for governance, approvals, and project tracking. Jasper plugs in as the content engine that feeds it.

Why this integration matters

Creating content is only half the job. The other half is moving it through the system, briefs that need sign-off, campaigns with multi-step approval workflows, deliverables that need to land in the right project folder before legal, brand, or leadership can weigh in.

When content creation lives in one tool, and work management lives in another, the gap between them becomes a source of friction. Files get duplicated. Versions multiply. Visibility breaks down between where content is made and where it's tracked.

This integration closes that gap by connecting the place where content is created to the place where work is done. Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • Fewer handoffs, faster execution. Instead of bouncing between tools to move a finished draft into Workfront, your team exports directly from Jasper. That's fewer manual steps between "done writing" and "ready for review."
  • Workfront stays the source of truth. The integration doesn't replace your existing workflows. It respects them. Workfront remains your hub for tasks, approvals, and reporting. Jasper simply delivers the content into that hub without disrupting how your team already works.
  • Higher adoption, less disruption. When AI-powered content creation plugs into the systems your team already uses, adoption goes up. People use Jasper for more of their real work, because it doesn't require them to change their process, just improve it.

Who should use this integration?

If your team already relies on Adobe Workfront to orchestrate campaigns, manage approvals, and track deliverables, this integration is built for you. A few scenarios where it's especially valuable:

  • Content and creative teams using Jasper for campaigns, briefs, and copy, but required to route all deliverables through Workfront for review and sign-off.
  • Demand gen and campaign teams producing high volumes of assets across channels that need to move through structured approval and delivery workflows.
  • Marketing ops and brand teams in regulated or compliance-heavy industries (financial services, healthcare, tech, pharma) where Workfront serves as the orchestration layer for content governance.

If you're already generating content in Jasper and managing work in Workfront, this integration removes the manual bridge between the two.

How to set up the integration

Getting started requires two layers of setup: one at the workspace level (handled by admins) and one at the individual user level. Here's a step-by-step walkthrough.

Step 1: Create an OAuth2 Application in Adobe Workfront

This step is handled by your Adobe Workfront administrator.

  1. In Adobe Workfront, open the Main Menu and click Setup.
  2. In the left navigation, go to SystemOAuth2 Applications.
  3. Click Create app integration.
  4. Select Web Application, give it a name (something like "Workfront for Jasper"), and click Create.
  5. Add the following Redirect URIs:
    • https://passport.integrations.jasper.ai/oauth/workfront
  6. Save the generated Client ID and Client Secret. You'll need these for the next step.

Step 2: Enable Workfront in Your Jasper Workspace

This step is handled by a Jasper administrator.

  1. In Jasper, navigate to Workspace SettingsTeam Integrations.
  2. Toggle on Adobe Workfront and click Save.
  3. Enter the configuration details from Step 1: Client ID, Client Secret, Subdomain (the full URL of your Workfront instance, e.g., https://yourcompany.my.workfront.com), and Version.
  4. Click Save to store the configuration.

Once saved, Workfront is enabled for your entire Jasper workspace.

Step 3: Connect Your Individual Workfront Account

Each Jasper user connects their own Workfront credentials.

  1. In Jasper, go to Workspace SettingsIntegrations.
  2. Toggle on the Adobe Workfront integration.
  3. A Workfront login window will appear. Sign in with your Workfront credentials and click Allow access.
  4. Once authenticated, your account is connected and ready to use.

That's it. Setup is done, and you're ready to start exporting content.

How to export content from Jasper to Workfront

Once the integration is live, moving content from Jasper into Workfront takes just a few clicks.

  1. In Jasper's Canvas or Grid, open the content you want to export.
  2. Click the menu (three dots) and select Export.
  3. Make sure Adobe Workfront is toggled on in the integrations panel, then click Continue.
  4. Select Adobe Workfront as your integration, and choose your file format (e.g., Word Document).
  5. Pick the Workfront project where you want the file to land, and click Save.

Your content is exported as a document into the "Documents" folder of your selected Workfront project, ready for your team's existing review and approval workflows to take over.

Three use cases to get you started

Not sure where to begin? Here are three common scenarios where the integration saves real time.

1. Campaign asset development

Plan and create campaign assets in Jasper (emails, landing page copy, ad variations, social posts), then export final versions directly into the associated Workfront project. Your campaign manager sees the deliverables in Workfront without anyone having to track down files.

2. Creative brief workflows

Use Jasper to draft creative briefs or content outlines, then push the output directly into a Workfront request or project. No duplicate form-filling, no downloading and re-uploading, no "which version is the latest?" conversations.

3. Content libraries and documentation

Finalize long-form content in Jasper (blog posts, whitepapers, guides) and export them into Workfront document folders as the starting point for multi-step review, localization, or compliance workflows.

What's in scope today (and what's coming)

Transparency matters, so here's what the integration covers right now and where it's headed.

What you can do today:

  • Export Jasper documents into Adobe Workfront as project documents.
  • Choose the specific project where files land in the Documents folder.
  • Maintain Workfront as your system of record for approvals and tracking, while using Jasper for AI-powered content creation.

What's on the roadmap:

  • Deeper workflow automation and bi-directional sync capabilities.
  • More advanced integration options for teams with complex Workfront Fusion or custom API setups.

The Jasper × Adobe Workfront integration is built for marketing teams that need AI-powered content creation to plug directly into their existing work management and approval systems.

If your team already uses Jasper and Adobe Workfront, this integration eliminates the friction between where content is created and where work is tracked. Set it up today and see the difference a connected workflow makes.
