(“Jasper”) assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, property damage, or any other loss or harm that may occur to you during or as a result of your participation in the Activities.

By completing this registration, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Jasper, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses of any kind arising from or in connection with the Activities. You agree that this release is binding upon you, your heirs, executors, and administrators.
