“Jasper took the pressure off our team. It’s not just about speed—it gave us peace of mind and the freedom to focus on strategic work and professional development. Now we’re spending our time optimizing performance and sharpening long-term strategy instead of just trying to keep up.”

Rachel Gonzalez

Vice President of Content Strategy and Thought Leadership

Savista, a national healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) service provider, needed to get thought leadership insights into the market faster without compromising quality, compliance, or their patient-first values. With content demands rising and expectations growing across executive audiences, the marketing team was under pressure to move quickly while still delivering accuracy, clarity, and control.

With Jasper, Savista accelerated timelines, built a repeatable system for derivative content, and ensured consistent, on-brand messaging across a wide range of formats and stakeholders. Most importantly, Jasper unlocked the capacity for Savista’s marketing team to work more strategically. They were able to collaborate deeply with subject matter experts (SMEs), elevate executive voices, and build a content engine capable of scaling with the business.

The challenge: Creating on-brand content at scale

Savista supports hospitals and health systems by managing critical functions like insurance verification, reimbursement, and patient access—all essential processes that ensure providers are reimbursed and can continue to deliver quality care.

With a footprint spanning over 770 healthcare facilities nationwide, Savista’s marketing team plays a key role in communicating complex achievements and industry developments that resonate with a diverse set of stakeholders.

That includes executives, key decision-makers, and internal teams, all of whom require tailored, human-centered messaging. But in a space where tone, precision, and context deeply matter, content can’t just be fast. It has to be accurate, compliant, brand-safe, and attuned to the sensitivities of healthcare.

According to Rachel Gonzalez, Savista’s Vice President of Content Strategy and Thought Leadership, their team previously didn’t have the infrastructure to fully address these challenges or begin creating content at the scale the business needed.

“Our production used to be ad hoc,” said Gonzalez. “An executive would share an article, and we’d post it on LinkedIn but that was pretty much it. I saw an opportunity to build a system that could extend content across formats: a social series, a whitepaper, an email campaign. With Jasper, every asset could work harder for the business.”

Tasked with amplifying the voice of Savista's executive leaders while also driving cross-channel campaigns to build pipeline, the team had to produce on-brand content, aligned to each executive or SME voice, at high volume without added headcount or compromise. Their challenges included:

  • Accelerating turnaround for content tied to executive strategy, PR moments, and campaign launches
  • Maintaining consistent and distinct brand voices across a variety of SMEs, formats, audiences, and channels
  • Translating complex insights from subject matter experts into clear, impactful narratives
  • Scaling content volume through more efficient creation of derivative assets from anchor content
  • Balancing speed and quality with limited time and resources

The solution: Operationalizing content workflows

To meet growing content demands, Savista turned to Jasper. The goal was clear: scale the repurposing of SME insights into high-value assets across channels, formats, and audiences, without compromising brand integrity.

Jasper helped the team operationalize content workflows, making it easier to uphold brand standards, maintain voice consistency, and keep pace as content volume increased.

“We had a lot of great content sitting underutilized,” said Gonzalez. “We needed to turn that into campaigns that could build credibility, capture leads, and support sales. Without Jasper, managing the assets, sales enablement, and their promotion would’ve been too much for our small marketing team.”

Instead of juggling one-off requests, the team shifted its focus to building anchor content in collaboration with SMEs, while Jasper handled everything from repurposing to distribution.

SME interviews and event recordings are now stored in Jasper’s Knowledge Base, serving as a foundation for content creation. Using Jasper’s Brand Voice settings, the team developed tailored voices for each C-suite leader, along with distinct tones for corporate, blog, and social content.

“We support so many different identities and styles,” said Gonzalez. “Jasper helps us stay consistent across every touchpoint—from executive comms to patient-first messaging—without sacrificing tone, clarity, or accuracy.”

Beyond voice control, Jasper’s multimodal capabilities plays a major role in driving impact.

“We have our SMEs record their speaking engagements, so we can upload them into Jasper,” Gonzalez added. “That way, we don’t lose the richness or nuance of the insight, even if we weren’t in the room. Jasper reflects that context in the final content.”

According to Gonzalez, adoption was smooth and ramp-up was minimal. Their team identified a full year’s worth of anchor content assets and loaded them into Jasper to scale creation of derivative content. Savista used the Multi-channel Campaign app to quickly transform this previously untapped content into a regular cadence of thought leadership and nurture campaigns, launching new assets every three weeks.

“Jasper is like an extra teammate,” she shared. “We had a big campaign launch in early April and I can tell you with confidence that we could not have launched it or been able to sustain it without Jasper. We moved from ad-hoc content creation to a full pipeline of strategic campaigns that actually support our business goals.”

The results: Delivering on-brand content in a fraction of the time

With Jasper, Savista scaled their content operation significantly without increasing headcount or budget. Instead of weeks-long delays between SME interviews and content delivery, the team now produces aligned, on-brand publish-ready content in a fraction of the time.

That increased speed has strengthened collaboration with executive leadership and created momentum across marketing and communications.

“With Jasper, we realized we didn’t have to start from scratch,” said Gonzalez. “We could plug in existing content and say, ‘Give us an email series, social posts, blogs, landing page copy’—and it just did it. We compressed what would previously take two years into just three months at Savista because we had Jasper.”

Crucially, the time saved on production has been reinvested in upskilling and strategic execution. Team members now have the capacity to deepen expertise in digital performance, refine campaign strategy, and take on more proactive, growth-oriented initiatives.

“Jasper took the pressure off our team,” Gonzalez added. “It’s not just about speed—it gave us peace of mind and the freedom to focus on strategic work and professional development. Now we’re spending our time optimizing performance and sharpening long-term strategy instead of just trying to keep up. ”

That shift has translated into a more empowered, engaged marketing team—and a content engine that scales faster, performs better, and positions marketing as a true strategic partner to the business.

A new model for executive-led content

For the Savista marketing team, creating content used to be a bottleneck. But when leadership needed to move faster, so did they. Jasper gave the marketing team a way to meet the moment, and the company’s leadership is seeing the impact.

“Now we’re able to collaborate with SMEs and turn high-value content around quickly,” noted Gonzalez. “It’s showing internally that we’re serious about partnering with stakeholders and delivering strong results quickly and consistently.”

With Jasper, Savista’s marketing team moved from reactive production to proactive execution. The team isn’t just keeping pace with leadership, they’re shaping how the business communicates its value, internally and externally. And with a scalable content engine in place, they’re ready to meet demand—no matter how fast it grows.
