Jasper welcomes Steve Kearns, an industry leader in AI-powered content strategy and Jasper power user turned advocate for our customer community.

The Jasper team is excited to welcome Steve Kearns as our new Head of Customer Evangelism & Community-Led Growth. Steve joins us after nearly a decade leading content strategy at LinkedIn, most recently as Head of Global Content for LinkedIn Ads.
Steve has spent his career partnering with CMOs and marketing leaders around the world and engaging with LinkedIn customers about their experiences. His appointment is especially meaningful given his experience as a Jasper customer and power user at LinkedIn, where he found innovative ways to leverage Jasper to meet today’s enterprise marketing challenges. Steve was a founding member of Jasper’s first Customer Advisory Board.
That firsthand knowledge will shape how he advocates for customers and ensures their needs guide our next chapter of growth. In his role at Jasper, Steve will focus on three core areas:
Steve also brings a sharp perspective on the human-centered role of AI in marketing, seeing it as an amplifier for the creativity and storytelling that make brand messaging resonate. His view reflects Jasper’s mission to help marketers reach their full potential while staying true to what makes their teams and brands unique.
Steve’s journey from Jasper power user to community advocate and now leader shows how customer experience continues to shape our direction. We believe the future of marketing with AI is best built by listening to and elevating the people already driving it forward.
