Release Summary: Brand Voice, Unlimited Credits, Pricing & Packaging Updates

Jasper Brand Voice enables businesses to train AI on their company and generate AI-assisted content that reflects their company facts, styles, and brand. This release also includes pricing and packaging changes including removing credit limits.

On May 2nd, 2023 Jasper announced the release of Jasper Brand Voice to all paid accounts and a collection of pricing and packaging changes including moving to unlimited credits.  The following is a summary of those changes and common questions. 

Jasper Brand Voice

Businesses today face impossibly high content demands. AI writing tools help, but outputs often lack authenticity and alignment with the company’s brand. Jasper Brand Voice enables users to build a memory bank that securely and automatically infuses their AI model with company and product facts, brand tones and style guidelines specific to their company. So when a marketing team uses AI to help develop a 200-asset product launch, each piece can be aligned, on-message and on-brand.

Jasper’s AI Engine is unique in that it can pull from a variety of different models – from OpenAI to Cohere to Anthropic – choosing the right model for the job and increasing reliability. From there, Jasper’s engine enriches the AI with the context an individual business has provided on its company, products and brand guidelines. This is done securely, without passing that information through to the third-party language models, so your information is never used to train common models. 

Jasper Brand Voice will be available to all paying Jasper customers on May 2nd. This includes Creator, Teams and Business packages.  Each package has a different brand voice capacity. Pricing and Packaging Changes

We have repackaged our product into three tiers.  If you are a customer, no action is needed. This upgrade comes at no additional cost to you. All we ask is that you use it and give us feedback.  In the future if you ever want to change your plan, you can visit the Billing page. For now, just enjoy this no-extra-charge upgrade on us. The new plans are as follows:

Creator

Great for freelancers and solopreneurs, Creator gives a single user access to AI writing and image generation through the core app and extensions. Features include:

• Chat functionality
• Templates and Documents
• Basic art generation
• 1 default brand tone
• Plagiarism checker.

Teams

Built for small teams, the Teams package gives you everything in Creator, plus more brand voice functionality, collaboration tools, and additional image upscaling. Features include:

• 3 users included (option to buy more)
• Ability to import documents and style guides
• Capacity for 50 active campaigns
• Live chat support

Business

Ideal for growing businesses, the business plan gives you everything in the other plans plus the most flexibility and customization of your AI platform.   Features include:

• Customize your number of users
• Unlimited tones
• Full image upscaling
• Security features like SSO
• Access to an API
• Personalized account manager and set-up.

Unlimited Credits

In addition to the above updates, we’ve gone unlimited on each of our three tiers. No more counting credits or predicting word count. We heard from customer feedback that credits caused confusion in the purchase process and inhibited use, so we’ve removed the need to purchase credits from paid plans.
